We are a remote team of highly ambitious people passionate about technology. Our Voice Conversational AI technology is used by a few dozens of Enterprise and medium businesses and processes 2000h of phone calls monthly. Based on our learnings we have developed a roadmap that combines visual programming, advanced software 2.0 and workflow automation which we believe will unlock the potential of mass adoption of AI-virtual agents in customer care.
Our vision is that personalized contact will enable deeper relationships between users and businesses and turn all interactions into a unified long term customer journey. We want to be in the center of it.

In Dialo, I find the potential to influence millions of people by better conversations thrilling! In my experience poor customer care is a prevailing problem among companies in different industries dealing with large user bases. I am excited to compete with a bunch of really good companies in defining the best tech framework for resolving that. My job is to create an environment for hiring the brightest people and bring the product that we’re building out to the world!
It all started with the first gen iPod Touch. I taught myself how to program at the age of 14 and I didn’t wait long before landing my first job as an iOS developer. Soon enough I dropped out of high school and began full time work. I have contributed to multiple projects in various parts of the stack - mobile, web, and backend. I have contributed to Open Source projects since the beginning of my career. Most recently I focused on Reason. I created a React implementation in Reason which powers the Onivim editor. I am setting the highest possible bar for myself and all my work. My biggest responsibility at Dialo going forward is to implement a pragmatic engineering culture where we reason about our work through first principles and understand the whys behind all decisions.
I started with Art Studio for Commodore 64 where I drew my first digital art using a joystick. Since then I went through a unique transition from a graphic designer to UX developer, mastering visual design tools, visual programming environments as well as the newest JavaScript libraries and frameworks for designing seamless user experiences. Before Dialo I’ve been designing for designers at a French unicorn BlaBlaCar where I built and developed a design & prototyping system. I’m an early and avid contributor to OrigamiStudio prototyping community. I’ve both bombed and killed at comedy open-mics. My goal at Dialo is to build the most complete and approachable AI conversation design tool ever.
I cofounded a startup in the food tech industry where I designed and built a fridge that knows who took what out of it. Those fridges now cater for dozens of thousand employees across France. Later on, I became the CTO of a major French political party where I handled the data aspect of a political campaign. I'm now joining Dialo to work on pretty much everything that runs on a computer and is statically-typed. I'm very excited to use some of the most cutting-edge pieces of technology out there, namely OCaml, ReasonRelay, ReScript, NLP and many more! Linguistics enthusiast, category theory connoisseur and typeface anorak, I'm also available for hire to entertain your guests at birthday and wedding parties.
I really enjoy using technology to solve today's problems. I used to sit in the conventional cross-sections of enterprise and software. In recent years I have fallen in love with functional programming and I am putting those skills to work at Dialo. I am focusing on DevOps, but I enjoy all aspects of software engineering, at each part of the stack. I am getting challenged and still enjoy learning new things as if everyday was day one. When I'm not coding, you will probably find me outdoors, hopefully surfing.
My interest in NLP goes back to my childhood, dreaming of thinking machines and talking robots. So I jumped head first into research at the intersection of linguistics and computer science. In my academic life, I worked on formal methods, grammar-based machine translation and automata theory. Later, my career in industry focused more on data-driven approaches and the exciting world of machine learning. I’m driven by a passion for knowledge and a desire to contribute to solutions that will help people communicate better. Life is a journey and we never stop learning.
