No. We deploy everything in-house using our own components built on state-of-the-art open source foundations, which we fine-tune to exceed the quality of any third-party models. For telephony, we run our own SIP server that seamlessly integrates with the rest of our stack. This allows us to either use our telephony partnerships on behalf of clients or integrate directly with your existing telco infrastructure.
